AbstractDear friends! I have immense pleasure in announcing the publication of a new issue of IJHDR. I’m making profit of this occasion to share information with you about ongoing internal changes in our journal. As previously announced, starting 2015 our new Editor-in-Chief will be Dr. Saurav Arora (India), who has already began to review the Editorial Board, Focus and Scope and the new website of IJHDR. Our journal, to be known as High Dilution, will have its own domain (highdilution.org) and new features and services. The transition is being undertaken as smooth as possible guarantee our readers, authors and collaborators that we will continue our mission, aiming at the inclusion in the best databases and scientific indexers. All care is taken to keep IJHDR an open- and free-access journal, accessible to anyone connected to the internet. We strongly believe that this is the best approach to share research done in high dilutions, to stimulate debate and collaborations, and to keep anyone interested in this exciting subject up-to-date in the state of the art! Enjoy HD!
